Three steps cover most cases. If you're unsure at any point, send us a photo of the label on your control box or handset, we'll confirm the right part for you.
Step 1 — Which system do you have?
Check the connector on your handset's cable, or the label on your control box. This decides everything else, Jiecang and LOGICDATA parts don't fit each other.

We don't currently sell LOGICDATA control boxes, only compatible replacement handsets. If your control box is LOGICDATA-branded and it's broken, get in touch and we'll look at options together.
Step 2 — Jiecang: how many legs does your desk have?
The control box is chosen directly by the number of legs (columns).

Each control box also comes in two versions depending on column type — count the visible telescoping sections on one leg: 2 sections = "2-section column 500/650", 3 sections = "3-section column 650/560".
Step 3 — Jiecang: pick a handset by feature
Every Jiecang handset we sell fits every control box above, so this choice comes down to preference, not compatibility.

LOGICDATA — replacement handsets
Two models for now, both with a 7-pin DIN connector. We don't sell LOGICDATA control boxes, so these only fit an existing LOGICDATA system.
